Where can we holiday that is similar to Florida?

Southern California would be the closest to Florida if you want beaches and amusement parks.
You could look at Pidgeon Forge, TN area.
Wisconsin Dells, WI has the largest concentration (as well as the physically largest) of water parks in the country. Summer weather is great.
Many big cities may fit the bill. Chicago, St. Louis and similar all have amusement parks, zoo’s, golf, museums, shopping, etc.
