Is this a decent hotel in South Beach Miami?

Based on the reviews and pics on tripadvisor.com, it seems like a decent place for budget accommodations.
Don’t know the place, but the location is fine- easy walk to Lincoln Rd, Espanola way, the beach, and the whole South Beach nightlife strip.
