no glass is allowed on the beach and no alcohol is allowed open on the streets of miami beach. south beach has different laws if you are interested in going down that far.

No. (Tho’ on NYE if they close off some streets for a party, they won’t bother you there — at least they didn’t in the past; rules change all the time)
As Michael says, no glass on the beach.
Only if you want to spend the night in jail.
