If I were to get pulled over in Florida and I were driving with a restricted license, what are the legal consenquences?

    they are really tough out here on drivers so as long as that would be your only offense it shouldn’t be too bad but if you are speeding plus restrictive it could get bad my suggestion would be to drive careful no more then 5 miles over the speed limit don’t give them a reason to pull you over

    Why is it restricted? D.U.I? Most likley you will be ticketed for the offense but its not criminal maybe get the car towed at the same time.

    If you have a restricted license it means you need to have a licensed driver 18 or over sitting in the front seat with you. It doesn’t apply to motorcycles though.

    If you are driving alone, and you get caught you will probably get a ticket and they’ll call your parents to pick you up ( if you’re under 18). Over 18 and you might get to ride in a police car.
