I am resident of NY and turning 18 in august. I will be in Florida during that time for vacation. Can I just get my Drivers license in Florida when I turn 18? I already have my NY learners permit. My father is resident of FL but not my gaurdian.
If not, can I use my New York drivers license to drive in Florida legally?
