Anything that cheap is not going to be very nice. I love Cape San Blas, do not know if you can find a private pool but they have cabins for rent in the Joseph Peninsula State park that is located in the end of a tiny peninsula. Who needs a pool when you have an ocean and a bay to swim in. Lots of wildlife and hike trails if you are in to that
