Can I suspend my Florida unemployment until the summer and then start it back up again?

I am currently collecting unemployment benefits in Florida. I am also working part time and claiming my income every week when I claim my weeks. My question is – can I suspend my unemployment until this summer when my small part time job isn’t bringing in any income. And if so how do I go about doing it. Forget about calling the unemployment office, I was on hold for 45 minutes and finally gave up. Can I just stop claiming my weeks on line and then start again in July? Any help is appreciated. Thanks and good luck job hunting out there…

    Go personally.

I dont think that you can suspend it all together. I would suggest talking to them in person but from what I have experienced they are as uninformed more than the person asking the question.
