Things to bring on road trip with 2 year old?

Samantha asked: My two year old nephew, my mother, and myself are driving from Florida to North Carolina (about a 13 hour trip) in a few days. I’ve got the basics checked off, but I just cannot think what else he might need. This is his first road trip, every idea is appreciated.
